Hi, we are Carin, Peter and Huon. The Everything IncrEDIBLE Garden began in 2023 when we moved to our street in Niagara Park, just prior to the birth of our son.
As a Dietitian, with a keen interest in food sustainability, the garden is predominantly a food garden. I believe that when you know, grow and love your food, you put a higher value on fresh nutrition foods and how they are grown, consequently you eat well and feel happy, healthy and vibrant.
Our garden has chickens, a worm farm, compost systems, irrigation, verge share garden and habitat for wildlife, noting everything is not only edible by humans.
Our garden aims to grow as much food as possible for the family and to share and inspire others to do the same, provide resources like cut flowers, support the wildlife, as well as provide a space for leisure and relaxation including aromatherapy. I love walking around my garden and smelling the flowers and foliage.
Our garden is mostly accessible for wheelchairs of 70cm wide with flat walking paths around our house with a view of the back garden from the verandah.
We will have packets of seeds and plants available for sale. Cuttings and refreshments complimentary.
